Snowflake Soft Chip Plus Bedding (Large Bulk Bale)

50% Premium Soft Wood Shavings | 50% Precision Soft Wood Fibre

Give your animals the ultimate combination of warmth, cushion, and cleanliness with Snowflake Soft Chip Plus Bedding, available locally at Feed & Fleece—your leading specialist for equestrian feed, smallholding supplies, and premium bedding in Cleckheaton.

Snowflake Soft Chip Plus offers the best of both worlds. By blending 50% large, fluffy soft wood shavings with 50% structured soft wood fibre chips, this premium bedding delivers an exceptionally deep, comfortable, and supportive bed that maximizes absorbency while keeping dust to an absolute minimum.

Why Choose Snowflake Soft Chip Plus?

Finding the perfect balance between the high absorbency of wood chips and the cozy volume of traditional shavings can be tough. Snowflake Soft Chip Plus solves this by combining both into a single, high-performance bale.

• The Ultimate Hybrid Blend: Fluffy wood shavings provide excellent surface comfort, high loft, and a bright, clean look, while the heavy wood fibres settle at the base to create a highly stable, non-slip floor layer.

• Advanced Dust-Extracted Formula: Rigorously screened during manufacturing to remove fine dust particles. This makes it an exceptional choice for animals with sensitive respiratory systems, including horses with COPD or chickens prone to respiratory issues.

• Superb Odor & Moisture Control: The dense wood fibre base quickly pulls wetness away from the surface, trapping moisture and ammonia odors at the bottom of the bed to keep your animals dry and fresh.

• Stays Put in the Stable: Thanks to the inclusion of structured wood fibres, the bed is less likely to be kicked around or displaced by restless animals, reducing the time spent rebuilding banks and tidying up.

• Easy and Economical to Muck Out: Because droppings stay neatly on the supportive surface layer rather than getting mixed into the base, skipping out is incredibly fast, resulting in less waste and smaller muckheaps.

• 100% Natural and Clean: Made entirely from kiln-dried softwoods sourced from sustainable UK forests. Free from chemical additives, artificial scents, or wood treatments.
